Terrible company - They do not cancell policies

I Definitly DO NOT recommend this company! I went to their office to cancel my policy, they said it was cancelled, but they still keep charging me. I tried to call the office and there is absolutely nobody to help you when you want to cancell your policy. I feel totally ripped off!
